Kristin has spent over half her career in the healthcare industry at companies ranging in size and maturity from start-up to the Fortune 500. Her expertise is in scalable growth, customer experience, operational excellence, change management, establishing strategic direction and building the teams required to meet business needs. Kristin is a thought leader in creating and maintaining effective organizational culture and is frequently sought after to speak publicly on the subject.

Kristin holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Biology and Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University. In addition to serving as vice chair of the board of WISER International, Kristin is an advisor to Curve Biosciences, is on the Executive Committee of the Alumni Board for UCLA Anderson School of Management, is a proud member of Chief and served on the Biocom DEI Task Force.
