Refer your patients today so they can start working with a board-certified genetic counselor to get expert guidance on their genetic testing options. After each appointment, you and your patient will receive a written summary of the visit and guidance on next steps.

- Appointments are delivered via a 30-60 minute phone call.
- Your patient’s appointment may be covered by their health insurance. View a list of in-network insurance providers.
- We also offer an affordable $250 self-pay option for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket.
- Cost does not include genetic testing.

What You & Your Patient Can Expect
Immediately after you submit the referral, the patient will be contacted by Genome Medical via email and text to schedule an appointment.
We will call the patient at the time of their appointment, and a visit summary will be shared with you and the patient afterwards.
We will order genetic testing, if medically appropriate. A sample collection kit will be mailed directly to your patient.
Once results are available, we will release the results to you and the patient, and offer the patient a post-test counseling session.
