Genome Medical is a medical practice specializing in telehealth genetic services. Our board-certified genetic counselors are available to help your patients understand their PreventionGenetics test results.

Refer a Patient
- Appointments are delivered via a 30-60 minute phone call.
- Your patient’s appointment may be covered by their health insurance. View a list of in-network insurance providers.
- We also offer an affordable $250 per-appointment self-pay option for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket.
- Cost does not include genetic testing.

What You & Your Patient Can Expect
Immediately after you submit the referral, the patient will be contacted by Genome Medical via email and text to schedule an appointment.
One of our board-certified genetic counselors will call the patient at the time of their appointment.
After the appointment, you and your patient will receive a written summary of the visit and guidance on next steps.
