After assessing your family history and risk factors, we help determine if genetic testing is right for you and ensure you are receiving the most appropriate test.
Genetic Testing
If you are interested, we will order the appropriate genetic tests and you will need submit your sample.

Schedule an appointment with a certified genetic counselor from Genome Medical to see if genetic testing is right for you. At this appointment, our experts will:

- EXPLORE IF GENETIC TESTING COULD BE BENEFICIAL
- FACILITATE TEST ORDERING AND SAMPLE COLLECTION

Sample Collection
Once your test has been authorized by Genome Medical, a blood or saliva sample collection kit will be mailed directly to you. Once the sample is collected and received by the lab, they will begin the genetic testing.
Get Your Results
Genome Medical will contact you via email and/or phone once your results are ready. Results are ready approximately 7-21 days from the time your sample arrives at the lab.
Schedule Your Post-Test Counseling Appointment
If you wish to speak to a board-certified genetic counselor following the return of your genetic test results, log into the Genome Medical patient portal or call 877-688-0992.
