How It Works

Educate & Qualify

Through self-guided patient education and automated intake, we quickly assess who qualifies for genetic testing, support informed decisions and drive adoption of test recommendations.

Facilitate Testing

Our technology performs an automated case-by-case review and, if clinically indicated, our clinicians authorize and order the test. We manage order fulfillment and testing coordination with all major labs and panels.

Outreach & Care Planning

We deliver results and a personalized clinical action plan outlining clear and actionable next steps. If test results are positive, the patient is invited to schedule an appointment with one of our genetic counselors to help them understand the results.  During that session, their counselor will provide a personalized clinical action plan outlining clear and actionable next steps for the patient and their family.
