Natalie is a board-certified genetic counselor specializing in pediatric and adult genetics including metabolic and skeletal conditions. She completed her Masters in Genetic Counseling degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2009. Prior to joining Genome Medical, she helped to develop and expand multidisciplinary clinics to improve the comprehensive care of patients with complex craniofacial and skeletal conditions at a major academic hospital. Natalie is passionate about improving access to genetic services to patients throughout the country. During her spare time, she enjoys being outside running, hiking or
gardening.

Prior to joining Genome Medical, she worked in a clinical research role at a commercial laboratory and in a hereditary cancer clinic for a large healthcare system in the Bay Area. Katie is passionate about implementation of new genetic testing technologies and accessibility to genetic counseling and testing. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors exploring beautiful Colorado.
